Loved reading this Jason, it’s really difficult to comprehend the size of a lake capable of that sort of swell when you live in the UK and you can walk around even the largest lakes (if your fairly fit anyway)

Great read! As a Michigander it’s always interesting learning more about the wrecks in the lakes off our shores. In school you learn the famous ones - Edmund Fitzgerald mostly - but knowing there are others out in the depth awaiting exploration is fascinating. Also love how tough and well suited the watch seems to the task. It’s a purpose built diver and excels at it
Great read! It's remarkable how powerful the water can be, even in an era we'd consider "modern". Chasing leaks seems like an endless chore, the little diving I did I was stubborn and stuck with an absurdly thick two piece wetsuit for the winter ocean dives. Severely limited mobility, but at least I had one less thing to think about!
A great dive adventure tale. Diving the Great Lakes seems just as challenging as ocean diving with the added challenge of temperature and fickle weather. But any dive that you complete is a good, safe dive.
By the way, "shadowy" operators? I resemble that remark.
